We’re delighted to welcome Lucy Blu back to Hey Joe for a summer live-in-store show on Friday 17 July.
A standout voice on the UK country scene, Lucy makes music with real character — rootsy, soulful and emotionally sharp, with touches of rock, pop and blues running through it.
Her recent High Horse / Hold Your Horses run has only sharpened that edge, bringing even more bite, wit and confidence to the songs, and making this the perfect moment to catch her up close in the shop.
If you’ve seen Lucy here before, you’ll know just how well these songs land in an intimate room; if not, expect a warm, honest and seriously good night of modern country and Americana-tinged songwriting.
Joining Lucy on the bill are The Woolverstones, a harmony-led alternative folk duo whose richly textured sound should make a beautiful start to the evening.
Doors are at 7pm and the evening runs until 10pm.
