Please leave us a message on the Contact Form below to place an order request, preorder enquiry or to ask about anything else.

We aim to respond to all messages within at least 48 hours, although there are times when our small team is not able to check each inbox as regularly as planned. If your message is more urgent, you can find us in store, opening hours are at the bottom of this page.

FAQs
Before getting in touch:
- Please use the website search (top of every page) to check for products first. If an item is available to buy online, it is in stock in-store.
- To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering online for Click & Collect rather than waiting to purchase in-store.
- Items not in stock will be clearly marked as Out of Stock or Unavailable.
Preorders:
- We are adding more new releases to the website each week. If something announced in the last 24–48 hours isn’t listed yet, feel free to get in touch.
- We aim for preorders to arrive in time for release day, but some ‘high security’ titles may only arrive on the day itself.
- Orders with multiple items will be shipped together once all items are in stock.
- Release dates can change, sometimes at short notice. We’ll update where possible.
Other enquiries:
- Items not listed or currently out of stock may still be available to order — please contact us to check.
- For live music or event enquiries, please get in touch via the form or social media.
- We do not currently have any staff vacancies. Any updates will be shared via @heyjoemusicuk.
Due to the volume of messages we receive, we’re only able to respond to genuine customer, product, or live music enquiries. We’re unable to reply to messages about job vacancies, marketing, or unsolicited services.
