Hey Joe Music & Coffee was opened by Marc (with lots of help from friends & family) in February 2020 & was a great success... for 4 weeks until the first covid lockdown hit. Since then we've been building back up & are now thrilled to have been operating for close to 6 years & are now in our 2nd location in Brentwood, Essex. As a family we have over 80 years experience in music retail, & I like to think Hey Joe is continuing the legacy of East London & Essex based record shops, Sgt Peppers, owned by my parents.

As well as all the Brand New Vinyl that you'll find here, we also have lots more in our store in Brentwood, including Turntables, CD's, Merchandise, Clothing, Headphones & Accessories. Plus we have a small Cafe area, serving Tea & Coffee, Frozen Fruit Smoothies & Milkshakes, as well as a range of our Homemade Cakes, Cookies & other Sweet Treats.

Our store & cafe is decorated in some gorgeous artwork, all original pieces generously loaned or made bespoke for us by local artists. All of these pieces are available to buy in store & some can be seen on our Facebook or Instagram @heyjoemusicuk.
