The song was first released in Ireland following its success in Europe. There it became one of the biggest hits of the year, peaking at number 3 in the charts. After the success in Ireland, the single was released in the United Kingdom at the end of the summer and reached number 2 in the UK charts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBehind T‑Spoon stands Prince Peration (Remy de Groot), the group’s founder and one of its creative driving forces. The project’s co‑producers included Dominic Sas and Serge Ramaekers, known for their work on Confetti’s and Cartouche.
