After several albums as \u003cstrong\u003eCharles Bobuck\u003c\/strong\u003e (later only \u003cstrong\u003eBobuck\u003c\/strong\u003e), the name given to him when still a member of \u003cstrong\u003eThe Residents\u003c\/strong\u003e, he later dropped all pseudonyms to work as \u003cstrong\u003eHardy Fox\u003c\/strong\u003e. His first self-titled solo recording was an album full of minimal love songs, a portrait of the young \u003cstrong\u003eHardy Fox\u003c\/strong\u003e. The second, \u003cstrong\u003eNachtzug\u003c\/strong\u003e was about his last days touring with \u003cstrong\u003eThe Residents\u003c\/strong\u003e. It was followed by \u003cstrong\u003eRilla Contemplates Love\u003c\/strong\u003e, a concept album about the thoughts and feelings of a gorilla. A few days before his untimely passing, Hardy sent this album to us - his last ever full album (we have more material left that needs to see the light of day), \u003cstrong\u003eDead Creature\u003c\/strong\u003e.
